“Espace Horizon” is Weerts Group’s most recent residential real estate project, located in the village of Weiswampach, in the very north of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, just across the Belgian border.
The entire project will be best-in-class in terms of energy efficiency (class A) and will be built according to the ‘passive house’ principles. The project concerns the construction of a mixed building consisting of 45 residential units and 7 commercial units (offices) divided over 4 blocks. There will be 50 outdoor parking spaces on the ground floor and 88 indoor parking spaces, divided over 2 collective garages in the basement.
Weerts Group invested about 15,000,000 euros for this attractive project that was clearly appreciated by the market as 51 of the 52 units of the “Espace Horizon” have already been sold off plan. And so Weerts Group continues to build on its excellent reputation and professional organization to achieve consecutive commercial successes.
Construction works for the project started end of August 2020 and will last for 30 months.
